FAQ (Please read before contacting us!)
NOTE: I do not accept responsibility for mail that is lost due to an incorrect address, so please make sure that your shipping info is correct before ordering! If your package is returned to me, I will only re-ship it after you have paid for shipping again.
- Is jewelry from Strawberry Muse hypoallergenic?
- Short answer...no, not entirely. While I take care to only use findings (earring hooks, chains, jump rings, etc) that are free of nickel and other heavy metals, most findings are gold- or rhodium-plated over brass, while some are stainless steel. Please use caution if you have sensitivities to brass or gold.
- When will my order ship?
- Packages are dropped off at the post office once a week on Mondays (excluding holidays or inclement weather). Most products are pre-made in small batches and will be ready to ship the same week! For made-to-order items, such as crochet goods or headdresses, please allow up to 10 business days.
- Most orders placed within the contiguous US will arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped. Delivery time for international orders will vary.
- Will you sell your crochet patterns or post tutorials showing how to make your products?
- No, I do not sell patterns or step-by-step tutorials. All items sold by Strawberry Muse are my own original designs, and I ask that you do not attempt to reproduce them with the intent of selling/profiting from said reproduction.
- Info on sizing and clip-on earrings:
- Most earrings, unless otherwise specified, are able to be ordered with clip-on attachments for those without pierced ears! Please specify if you need clip-ons in the "notes" section at checkout.
- All bracelets and necklaces are adjustable, and their measurements can be found in their item descriptions. If you need a larger or smaller size, please specify in the "notes" section at checkout. I will size the requested item(s) up or down at no additional cost!
